Fees

All fees are based on appointments at my base at the Barn, Eastleigh Road, Havant. I am based from here on Tuesday afternoons, and mornings on Thursdays and Fridays.

A musculo-skeletal assessment is £70 (15-30 minute pre-assessment phone call included)
A neurological assessment is £90
An assessment covering more than one problem may be charged at a higher rate.
A 25 minute treatment session (at The Barn) is £30
A 50 minute treatment session (at The Barn) is £55
A 50 minute treatment session at the patient's address is £70 plus travel (see below)
Training for parents and carers is also be offered; pricing on request
Attendance at a meeting or school visit within a 15-mile radius is £100
Where required (for example by a school), a CRB check is £36
Hydrotheraphy and visits further afield can also be offered; pricing on request
Reports are £35 per hour pro-rata

Travel is charged at £30/hour pro-rata. (Journey time calculated using the AA Route Planner, the postcode at The Barn is PO9 2NY).

Payments

All accounts need to be settled after each session or on completion of reports. Payments should be made by cash or cheque to 'Gina Farmer'.

If you wish to claim physiotherapy fees on your Private Medical Insurance you must:

check your policy for restrictions and excesses
ensure that the physiotherapy has been authorised before the start of treatment
be aware that any fees not covered by the policy, e.g. travel and cancellation fees, must be met by the client/policy holder.

Cancellation

If the client cancels an appointment giving more than 48 hours notice, no fee will be charged.

If cancellation is less than 48 hours £20 will be charged.

If cancellation is less than 24 hours £30 will be charged.

If the patient fails to attend an appointment the full fee will be charged.

If it is necessary for the therapist to cancel an appointment, another will be offered.
